Master Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is supplemental to and incorporates by reference our Master Refund Policy, which covers: general refund principles, consumer rights under EU, Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian law, and billing dispute procedures applicable to all Logentive Systems products. By using Jobloyable, you agree to both this refund policy and the Master Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, this product-specific refund policy controls for matters related to the Jobloyable service.

Eligibility Requirements
You Can Request a Refund If:
- This is your first time purchasing a Starter or Professional subscription.
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Your account is in good standing (no Terms of Service violations).
- You contact us via the official refund request email.
Refunds Are NOT Available For:
- Renewal Charges: Only the first subscription qualifies for refund.
- Partial Months or Years: No pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Lifetime Plans After 14 Days: One-time purchases are final after the 14-day window.
- Free Trial:No refund needed (you're not charged during trial).
- Fraud or Abuse: We may deny refund requests connected to fraud, automated abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing, or material Terms violations. Normal use of AI features during the refund window does not by itself make a first purchase ineligible.
- Account Suspension or Termination: No refunds for violations of our Terms.
EU and UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee described above implements this statutory right. To exercise the right of withdrawal, submit your request via our Support Page within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund all payments received from you, including any standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Where you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that, to the extent the service has already been substantially performed, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply to that already-performed portion. This does not limit your right to a full refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee above, which we honor regardless of usage during the window, subject only to the fraud and abuse exclusions in "Refunds Are NOT Available For". Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Important Distinction
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions:
- Cancellation: Stops future charges, you keep access until period ends, no money back.
- Refund: Returns your money, must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
After the 14-Day Window:You can cancel anytime (Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription), but you won't receive a refund. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
Chargebacks and Disputes

If you're considering filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
Chargeback Consequences
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Temporary suspension while the dispute is investigated.
- Permanent ban if the chargeback is fraudulent.
- Recovery of unpaid amounts and chargeback fees where permitted by law.
- Inability to use our Service in the future.
Disputed Charges
If you don't recognize a charge from JOBLOYABLE on your statement, please contact us via our Support Page before disputing. We can verify the charge and issue a refund if it's unauthorized.
Special Circumstances
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged, charged after cancellation), contact us immediately. We'll investigate and issue a full refund if an error occurred, regardless of the 14-day window.
Service Disruption
