1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jobloyable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Logentive Systems FZ L.L.C. By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Master Terms
This Terms of Service is supplemental to and incorporates by reference our Master Terms of Use, which covers: governing law and jurisdiction; dispute resolution and arbitration; intellectual property protection; age requirements; service availability; severability; force majeure; and other general provisions applicable to all Logentive Systems products. By using Jobloyable, you agree to both this terms of service and the Master Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, this product-specific terms of service controls for matters related to the Jobloyable service.
2. Description of Service
Jobloyable is a career platform that provides tools and features to help you with your job search, including but not limited to:
- Resume Builder: Create professional resumes with our guided builder.
- Resume Upload: Upload existing resumes for analysis and enhancement.
- Resume Templates: Access professional, ATS-optimized resume templates.
- Resume Export: Download resumes as professional PDFs.
- ATS Readiness Analysis: Assess your resume against common ATS patterns and hiring standards.
- "Am I Cooked" (Beta): Career risk assessment. Analyze how automation trends may affect your role.
- Email Assistant: Generate cover letters, thank you notes, follow-ups, and networking emails.
- Career Explorer (Beta): Discover career paths and generate transition roadmaps. Includes Career Roadmaps.
- Interview Prep (Beta): Interview practice with role-specific questions and feedback.
Some or all of the above features use artificial intelligence to analyze content and generate suggestions. All AI-generated results should be reviewed and verified by you before use.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature for business, technical, or compliance reasons with reasonable advance notice. Features marked "Beta" or "Alpha" are functional but may be refined over time. They are provided without additional warranties beyond those in our Master Terms (Beta and Early Access section). Features marked as being phased out will be discontinued with advance notice per Section 15 (Changes to These Terms).

3. Account Requirements
3.1 Account Creation
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service (see Master Terms for full age policy). To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Not share your account credentials with any third party.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
Jobloyable is currently available only in supported markets. You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or organization in a region where access is prohibited by applicable law, trade sanctions, export controls, or our provider restrictions.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required to meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, provider, payment, tax, localization, support, or business-readiness obligations. You must not use VPNs, proxies, false account information, or similar methods to bypass access restrictions.

New users receive a 7-day free trialwith full access to their selected plan's features. The trial requires a valid payment method. You will be charged automatically when the trial expires unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

4.3 Automatic Renewal
Important: All subscriptions (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan. You will receive a receipt via email after each renewal.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice via email and through the Service. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
4.5 Promotional Pricing and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, vouchers, or special offers. These promotions are subject to the following terms:
- Limited Availability: Promotional offers may be limited in duration, quantity, or eligibility and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Non-Transferable: Discount codes and vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing

- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
- Tax Collection:Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing details, location, product type, and payment provider settings. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase, except for taxes on our income. We may use our payment provider's tax calculation tools to calculate, collect, report, or support tax compliance where configured.
5.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due recovery state while our payment processor retries collection and you update your payment method. If payment is not recovered, premium access may be restricted, but we preserve your account data for up to 30 days before the subscription is expired.
5.3 No Refunds for Partial Periods
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or years of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

7. Fair Use Policy
Our "Unlimited" features (Professional and Lifetime plans) are designed for individual job seekers and are subject to fair use:

We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts engaging in:
- Commercial use (resume writing services, recruiting agencies).
- Automated or scripted access (bots, scrapers).
- Usage that significantly exceeds reasonable individual use. Each feature has usage thresholds designed to accommodate active job seekers while preventing automated abuse.
- Account sharing with multiple users.
- Resale or redistribution of our Service.
- Processing resumes for other individuals as a business.
7.3 Enforcement
If your usage triggers our abuse detection system, you will see an "Unusual activity detected" notification. In most cases this is resolved automatically. For persistent cases, we will:
- Contact you via email to discuss your usage.
- Work with you to find a solution (adjusting usage patterns, implementing rate limits, etc.).
- If unresolved, implement rate limiting or suspend the account.
Note: Normal job seekers will never hit these thresholds. This policy exists to prevent automated abuse and ensure service quality for all users.
8. Inactive Account Policy
We do not charge for services that are not actively used. Our inactive account policy includes:

If your eligible monthly subscription shows 90 consecutive days of inactivity, we automatically pause it at no charge. Annual and lifetime plans are exempt from this policy. "Inactivity" means:

8.2 Advance Warnings
Before auto-pausing, we will send you email reminders:

11. Prohibited Uses and Content
